Our impressive range of shredders for destroying top-secret documents has recently been reinforced with the introduction of an innovative, and very powerful high-security model for CDs and DVDs: EBA 0201 OMD. This machine is the perfect solution to the problem of destroying sensitive data on CDs and DVDs reliably. The top-quality cutting mechanism machined from solid and specially hardened steel shreds one CD or DVD into approximately 1,200 tiny particles of 2.2 x 4 mm. This particle size complies with the very strict North American security requirements according to NSA/CSS 04-02, and the German standard BSI – TL 03420. Driven by a powerful 1600Watt motor, the new EBA can shred up to 2,500 CDs/DVDs per hour.
